About Allegiance Abatement
Method
Our methods of lead paint abatement largely depend on the inspector and the owner's choice along with Allegiance. The methods range from full replacement, covering, scraping, too encapsulation. De-leading can be tied into full renovation, curb appeal and energy efficiency, and aesthetics.
Interior
We provide all aspects of custom windows, doors, and mouldings. Our providers are Marvin, Pella, Harvey, Diamond, and J.B Sash and window along with many others.
Exterior
Custom aluminum wrapping door casings doors windows, fascia and siding are also our specialties.
Guarantees
Letter of compliance based off the choice of compliance and the inital report. Owners are responsible for all re-inspection fees. Failures will be the responsibility of the Contractor and all cost thereafter.
Code
Environmental Abatement Technologies combined with Allegiance Abatement has been obtaining Letters of lead paint compliance, Letters of lead paint occupancy, and Letters of lead paint Interim control since 1999. All levels are not equal. Occupancy is designed for apt. buildings and condos when there are disagreements for exterior and common areas while focusing on the unit only. Occupancy does not expire. Occupancy also does not carry the 3,000 tax credit like full compliance. Interim control compliance expires and requires re-inspection after the grace period of 2-years. Compliance is interior, exterior, and all common areas which carries a $3,000 Mass tax credit per/unit/house.
According to the lead paint code 454 CMR we have contracted thru programs in the cities of Somerville, Cambridge, Worcester, Boston, Lynn and cover all areas of Massachusetts including Cape and Islands and have worked inordinance with the Childhood Lead Poisoning Program and MA. Dept. of Public Health with a proven record of lowering lead levels in children.
